A bold new brand for a healthcare education company

We partnered with Zollege, a healthcare careers education company, on a comprehensive rebrand. Founded in 2010 and having been  acquired by private equity, the company had reached an inflection point.

To create value and support scaling, Zollege needed a strategic idea that could help the organization break through to the next stage of growth. At the time, the brand ecosystem consisted of more than 100 loosely connected dental and medical assistant schools nationwide, each operating with a stand-alone identity and no unified brand positioning or promise. We developed a positioning and brand architecture to harness the collective power of the brand.

Our insight mining discovered that after high school (and beyond) many promising young people felt left behind because they lacked access to higher education and the career opportunities that a four-year college education offered. For those people, Zollege offers a powerful alternative path that levels the playing field and empowers anyone to reach their full career potential. The brand promise "Power Your Possible" became the heart of the brand story and the core idea that created a unified whole which was greater than the sum of its parts. 

Mutiny did exceptional work developing our brand architecture, messaging framework, and visual identity. They came in with so much expertise and worked closely with our internal team to develop a new brand that would resonate with our audience and lead the way for a full revamp of our existing sales and marketing materials.
